Earlier this week it was announced that trial against Live Nation, Optex Staging & Services, and engineer Domenic Cugliari has been stayed. The trial is over the 2012 stage collapse at Toronto's Downsview Park. Radiohead was just about to take the stage when the collapsed killing 33 year old Scott Johnson, the bands drum tech, and injured three others. After many delays, judge Anna Nelson, moved to stay the trial.
The band was not happy about the judges decision. They posted this statement to their twitter earlier this morning.
