Happy New Year, suckers! The music industry is back in the swing of things so it's time for your least favorite column that you never asked for! Woohoo!
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Wrong Creatures (Vagrant)
California hard rock band Black Rebel Motorcycle Club have returned with their eighth studio LP, and first in five years. BØRNS - Blue Madonna (Interscope)
The guy that did "Electric Love" is still at it? Cool! Head to your nearest Urban Outfitters to buy the limited-edition vinyl! At least the song with Radiohead Lana Del Rey is okay. BØRNS' last album was 2015's Dopamine.

Camila Cabello - Camila (SYCO/Epic)
Former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello has just completed the first leg of her journey to solo pop stardom with the release of her debut album. Expect hook-laden Cuban-flavored pop out the wazoo. Hey, anyone that can get Young Thug to #2 on the Hot 100 is okay in my book.

If you have any interest in hearing what Jonny Greenwood thinks the fashion world of 1950s London sounds like, check it out. Or just see Phantom Thread in theaters.

Panda Bear - A Day with the Homies EP (Domino)
Noah Lennox is definitely the type of person to kick off his 2018 with a vinyl-only EP. After teasing followers with lyrics on Twitter for a while, A Day with the Homies was announced in late November. He has also been posting song snippets over the last week leading up to release day. You already pre-ordered the EP if you care. Panda Bear's last album was 2015's Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper, and his last album with main band Animal Collective was The Painters EP from last February.
Shame - Songs of Praise (Dead Oceans)
Make post-punk great again. That's what South London band Shame aims to do with Songs of Praise, their debut album. Described as "music for the weak," it is sure to keep punk fans satisfied. Includes "The Lick" and "Concrete."
